1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using FitSuite you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
2. Description of Service
FitSuite is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform operated by SUPALABS SRL (P.IVA IT04596950248) that enables fitness coaches and personal trainers to manage their business, including client management, workout programming, check-ins, nutrition planning, scheduling, and payment processing.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information when creating your account. You must keep your password secure and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. You are liable for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use FitSuite for any unlawful purpose, to upload illegal or harmful content, to attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the platform, or to interfere with the security or performance of the service. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.
5. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the FitSuite platform - including its design, code, trademarks, and documentation - belong to FitSuite. You retain full ownership of any content you create or upload to the platform, including workout programmes, client data, and media.
6. Payment Terms
FitSuite offers a free tier with limited features and a Pro subscription with full access. Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.
7. Limitation of Liability
FitSuite is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FitSuite shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data or business interruption.
8. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, with or without prior notice. Upon termination you may request an export of your data within 30 days, after which it will be permanently deleted.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Italian Republic. Any disputes arising from or related to the use of FitSuite shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Italy.
