When you create an account we collect your name, email address, and password. If you subscribe to a paid plan we also collect billing information through our payment processor. As a coach, any client data you upload - such as names, progress photos, or measurements - is stored on your behalf. We automatically collect basic usage data such as pages visited, device type, and browser version to help us improve the platform.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide and maintain the FitSuite service, process payments, send transactional emails (such as password resets and billing receipts), and improve the platform based on aggregated, anonymised usage patterns. We will never use your data for purposes unrelated to the service without your explicit consent.
3. Data Storage & Security
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Our servers are located in the European Union and we are fully compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We perform regular security audits and maintain strict access controls to protect your information.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We share data only with trusted service providers necessary to operate the platform - for example, our payment processor and email delivery provider. All third-party providers are contractually bound to handle your data in accordance with GDPR.
5. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You may also request a machine-readable export of your data. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@fitsuite.co and we will respond within 30 days.
6. Cookies
FitSuite uses essential cookies only - those required for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or any third-party analytics that track individual users.
